What is Pickleball?

Pickleball was invented in 1965 on Bainbridge Island, near Seattle, Washington. Joel Pritchard, Bill Bell, and Barney McCallum — three dads whose kids were bored one summer — are credited for creating the game. Pickleball has evolved from wooden paddles and handmade equipment into a popular sport throughout the US and beyond. The game continues to grow internationally.
